New Delhi: The Government of India’s Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN) is a flagship scheme that provides direct financial support to small and marginal farmers across the country. Under this scheme, eligible farmers receive ₹6,000 annually in three equal installments of ₹2,000, credited directly to their bank accounts via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
So far, the government has successfully disbursed 19 installments under the scheme. The 20th installment is expected to be released by the end of June 2025, giving much-needed support to millions of farmers before the next crop cycle begins.

Farmers receive three installments each year as per the following schedule:
- First Installment: April – July
- Second Installment: August – November
- Third Installment: December – March
