Dehradun, June 18, 2025 – The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has officially released the admit card for the much-awaited Upper PCS Preliminary Examination 2025. Candidates appearing for the exam can now download their hall tickets from the official website psc.uk.gov.in.
📌 UKPSC Upper PCS 2025 Exam Date & Timing
The UKPSC Upper PCS Prelims 2025 is scheduled to be held on June 29, 2025, in two shifts:
Shift 1 (General Studies): 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Shift 2 (General Aptitude): 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
This recruitment aims to fill 123 vacancies across 24 departments under the Uttarakhand state government.

Candidates requiring a scribe must apply separately by submitting a request to the commission on or before June 23, 2025. Forms are available on the official website.

The UKPSC has advised all applicants to read the exam instructions carefully and reach the examination centers at least 60 minutes before the reporting time. No electronic gadgets will be permitted inside the exam hall.
